International Biodeterioration and Biodegradation
IBB was established as The International Biodeterioration Bulletin in 1965 – four years before the establishment of IBBS with Volume 1, Issue 1 being published in April of that year. Once the Society was founded, IBB became its official journal and, through many changes over the years, it has become the major scientific journal for biodeterioration, biodegradation and bioremediation. Now published eight times per year its pre-eminence has become established and when joining the Society you can choose between online and hard copy versions.
Normal individual subscription rate to IBBJ is £120; the IBBS members’ rate is only £60 or £35 for the online version.
IBB has an Impact Factor of 2.962 and a 5-Year Impact Factor of 3.202. Full information about our journal can be found here.
